1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the ReachOS Chrome extension or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ReachOS is an AI-powered sales prospecting tool that helps users research prospects and generate personalized email content. The service includes:

  • LinkedIn profile research and analysis
  • AI-generated personalized email suggestions
  • Email finding capabilities
  • Company research and intent signals

3. User Accounts

To use ReachOS, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ReachOS to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any person
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Scrape or collect data in violation of LinkedIn's Terms of Service
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to abuse our API or services

5. Email Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable email laws including:

  • CAN-SPAM Act (United States)
  • GDPR (European Union)
  • CASL (Canada)
  • Other applicable local laws

ReachOS provides tools to help you personalize outreach, but you are responsible for obtaining proper consent and including required elements (unsubscribe links, physical address) in your emails.

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Pricing

ReachOS offers free and paid subscription tiers. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may change with notice.

6.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6.4 Credits

Subscription credits (personalizations, email searches, company scans) reset monthly and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

ReachOS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReachOS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you generate using ReachOS (personalized emails) is yours to use as you see fit, subject to these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

ReachOS integrates with third-party services (LinkedIn, email providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReachOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results from using the service will be accurate or reliable
  • AI-generated content will be appropriate for all situations
  • Email addresses found will be valid or deliverable

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReachOS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
