  • Technical data (browser type, extension version)

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Your LinkedIn login credentials
  • Your email account contents
  • Browsing history outside of LinkedIn profiles you actively research
  • Personal messages or private communications

We use collected information to:

  • Generate personalized email content based on prospect research
  • Provide and improve our services
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Anthropic (Claude): For AI-powered email generation
  • Stripe: For payment processing

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Research data (prospect profiles, generated emails) is cached for 7 days to improve performance. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days.

ReachOS is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the extension. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
